The customer acknowledges are accepts that you have read and agree the conditions of contracts that are published on this website.
A valid credit card number with expiration date is required to confirm the booking and in the case of reservations with a non-refundable rate to charge the price of the stay.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS :
Cancellation policy:
If canceled 7 to 3 days before check-in, 50% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
If it is canceled less than two days before check-in, and reservations not filed will be charged with 100% of the total.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE:
Rate with a discount and requires a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total amount of the booking. No changes or refunds are allowed.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Prices valid except typographical mistakes.
Hotel Niunit reserves the right to correct any discrepancy when the system calculate the rate. In this case, we will notify the correct rate to the customer, as soon as possible. The customer can accept the change or cancel the reservation without charge.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Check in : after 15:00 hours.
Check out : before 12:00h.
Tourist Tax:
The price of the reservation does not include the tourist tax of 2,09€ per person per day (maximum 7 days) for people over 16 years old, to be paid directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.
